- Silent Meditation: Every Monday and Friday, 11:30am-12pm
Sit in peaceful silence together for 30 minutes. - Sound Healing Meditation: Every Tuesday and Thursday, 11:30am-12pm
Sit together for 30 minutes with the sound of nature, singing bowls, or music playing softly in the background. - Guided Meditation: Every Wednesday, 9am-9:30am
A Regis meditation leader will guide meditation based on a particular practice such as breath-based, compassion meditation, autogenic training, contemplative prayer, mantra, gratitude journaling, etc. - Qigong: First Thursday of the Month 12:15pm-12:45pm
No experience necessary. Come as you are. No need to wear special workout attire. Qigong is a relaxing meditative practice with slow movements, light stretching and focused breathing.
